We take things personally. We all have different needs, requirements, possibilities and goals. Our personal fitness trainer will analyse in detail the components of stamina, strength, mobility, body fat and body mass index. This information represents the first step to an effective training regime conducive to good health.
Contents of the Personal Fitness Check
Medical History Interview
- Determine training goal
- Determine possible time required
- Clarify any injuries and medical complaints
- Brief interview regarding nutritional habits
Skinfold Test
- Pinch test using caliper
Conconi Test (Ramp Test)
The Conconi test is conducted on a ramp treadmill and is used to determine the individual heart rate, exercise intensity and anaerobic threshold. Through the constant recording of the pulse, the resulting curve can be used to determine the Conconi threshold and the optimal heart rate when exercising.
Manual Muscle Testing
Using proven and standardised exercises, the most important muscle groups are tested for their flexibility and weakness.
