The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd. is a prestigious luxury hospitality organisation representing the world’s best hotels and resorts. To become a member, a hotel must offer the highest standards with respect to accommodation, service, cuisine and features – everything affecting the guests’ comfort and sense of well-being.

The Hotel Loipersdorf Spa & Conference has been a member of The Leading Hotels of the World since November 2007.

Leading Spas

Since 2002, The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd. has been active in the development of standards for wellness hotels, laying the foundations for Leading Spas of the World. Each year, members of Leading Spas undergo an inspection process involving 200 criteria in the area of reservations, the atmosphere of the spa area, the features in the treatment and fitness rooms, the pool area and the treatments themselves.

As the only Austrian resort so far, the Hotel Loipersdorf Spa & Conference was awarded the distinction of being a Leading Spa in November 2007.

BEST HEALTH Austria

BEST HEALTH Austria is the first mark of quality in accordance with European standards in the health tourism sector. The mark of quality is awarded in bronze, silver and gold following extensive, annual reviews conducted by independent experts. The rating takes into account high standards in terms of service quality and employee qualifications and looks at the use of regional products in the area of beauty and cosmetics as well as in the cuisine.
